About Us

Tua Optimum was formed in 2017, following the start of the oil and gas industry’s deepest downturn in 2015.

Low and volatile oil and gas prices resulted in thousands of redundancies, significant organisational change, pressure on budgets and a relentless drive to improve efficiency.

The impact on the people working in the industry was suddenly under the spotlight, and the importance of investing in their mental and physical wellbeing moved up the agenda. This created a unique opportunity for Tua Optimum to bring to the market its health and wellbeing programmes that deliver for businesses – and the people who work for them.

Every business or organisation is different, but the challenges are broadly the same, regardless of what sector you’re in.
