To offer every member of the CSL team the opportunity to participate in Tua Optimum’s health and wellbeing programme. The programmes were tailored to meet an individual’s specific needs, based on the following steps:
- Full physical and mental health check with individual report and recommendations
- Individual 1:1 ‘executive style’ wellbeing coaching session to:
- Help individuals reflect and reassess; what do they want to change?
- Agree collaborative actions; how are they going to change?
- Develop a sustainable and realistic action plan; what are they going to do and what support is needed?
- Where appropriate, a fitness assessment with individual reports, recommendations and bespoke training programmes
- Gym membership
- Coaches ‘keep in touch’ by face to face, email and telephone coaching
- Repeat & Review cycle to provide continuous support, assess progress and amend the plan
