Our Approach

Our approach is focused on helping organisations to embed wellbeing at the centre of their business strategy - challenging them to think differently about their approach to mental and physical health, to get them to see it as a long-term, strategic activity, rather than a one-off, tick-box exercise.

Our programmes work because they are affordable, scale-able and bespoke. They give everyone across all levels in an organisation, the opportunity to manage and take control of their own physical and mental health.

Once we have buy-in from the top, we start to work with individuals to help them identify the things they want to change about how they work and live. We then develop a unique wellbeing programme that is personal and bespoke, that will support them in making these changes.

There is no ‘one size fits all’, off-the-shelf, quick fix solution. Each programme is unique because people are unique, with unique challenges, goals, drivers and aspirations.

Our tactics toolbox includes:

– one to one, non-directive coaching
– health and fitness checks
– training programmes
– gym memberships

We are trained in counselling and coaching but we are not there to give people the answers. Our role is to challenge, mentor and support to help people find the answers for themselves, because true and sustainable change can only come from within.

Using this approach, we have successfully transformed the mind-set of the most cynical of individuals, who acknowledge that taking part in the programme has been transformational both personally and professionally, and business leaders who acknowledge its measurable, direct and positive impact on the bottom line.
